As I promised, the text of this postcard I'm posting by photo. The translation:

"Hi! Well, this is the pea soup recipe! I brought it from Helsinki (Finland) and my family immediately loved it. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add chicken broth, peas (of course!) and bring to a boil. Whisk blender to puree. Season with salt and white pepper. Bring to a boil again. Attention now - add whipped cream and sparkling wine (yes-yes! approx. 2 tablespoons champagne). Garnish with greens and coconut. Bon appetit! And happy postcrossing!"
