Мне кажется эта позитивная открытка от Хео есть не что иное, как частичный хэндмэйд. Хео изучает бизнес управление в университете Конкук. На момент отправки открытки он (она?) был в процессе подготовки доклада на тему "Как весело, но с пользой проводить время в университете" и был этим очень увлечен.

This very positive postcard from Heo seems to be a partly handmade, but I'm not sure. Heo studies business administration in Konkuk university. On the moment of sending the postcard he (she?) was in the process of preparing a report with the title "How to spend a funny and rewarding time in the university?" which excited him very much.
